What counts as an "event"?

A test, quiz, assignment, exam, or presentation your child is preparing for. Smart Learn builds a structured strategy around each one — Organize, Plan, Implement, Reflect.

What age or grade level is Smart Learn for?

Smart Learn is built for students in middle school and up. That is the point where a student can log in, work through an event on their own, and reflect honestly on their own progress. It fits middle school, high school, college prep, and adult learners equally well, since you and the tutor decide what each event covers. Younger children can still benefit when a parent guides them through it.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade any time and gain immediate access to the paid features. If you downgrade, you keep paid access through the end of your billing period.

How does cancellation work?

Cancel any time from your account. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. We don't pro-rate refunds, but there is no commitment beyond that.

What does the AI study song actually do?

Your child supplies the lyrics, the concept they are trying to remember, and chooses a music genre. The system generates a real song they can listen to. Surprisingly powerful for kids who learn through music, including neurodivergent learners.
